What We Are Looking For
We are looking for motivated Sub Mortgage Brokers to join our rapidly growing team. We are offering creative commission options (based on experience). Will provide leads.
The Ideal Candidate Would Have the Following Attributes:
- Mortgage license in BC (assistance with training, support, guidance, mentorship provided).

- Selling Mortgages!
- You will be supplied new leads on a weekly basis to assist
- Deploy marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Interview and document financial details of clients for the purpose of creating a mortgage financing application
- Assess the local mortgage market to find deals for clients.
- Work with client and lenders to structure mortgage financing deals
- Apply for mortgages on behalf of borrower, provide all documents to lenders and follow process until approval and closing
- Maintain ongoing relationship with client through term of mortgage
